Please note the following rules.

The apartment is delivered immaculate. If there are small damages will be shown at check-in. Please check the apartment during the check-in phase.
The check-in manager is the only person in charge to take note of any extra damage during the check-in phase. Once the check-in phase is over, any damage not reported will be charged and deducted from the security deposit.

We do not accept reports of damage after the delivery of the house. For early check-out, or for check-out times outside our standard hours, we reserve 48 hours to report any damage. If no damage is caused, the security deposit will be refunded after 48 hours or otherwise within the terms established by the credit card issuing bank.

The apartment is delivered in perfect order, clean and sanitized. We kindly ask our guests to keep it clean throughout the stay. Before check-out, the apartment must be left in the condition in which we delivered it. At check-out it is strictly forbidden to leave the apartment dirty and untidy, for example with dirty kitchen utensils, glass bottles, rubbish, dirty floors and walls etc. Otherwise you will be charged a penalty of a minimum of 40 € to a maximum of 300 € which will be deducted from the deposit or requested in cash.

 

If you require an extra cleaning service you can request it at check-in, the cost per hour is € 20.

-It is absolutely forbidden to smoke in the apartment and the transgressors will be charged a penalty that can vary from € 27.50 to € 275 as well as by law, which will be deducted from the deposit or credit card.

-The management is NOT responsible for the theft of personal items left unattended inside the home.

- No one allowed people who have not been registered at check-in to enter the apartment.

- No longer disturbing the neighborhood with shouts.

- No longer use music or TV at high volume.

- Party is not allowed.

- Please do not walk in the house with noisy heels or shoes

- No longer use flammable objects.

- Noise spread linen or leave items on the outside balcony.

- No longer leave animals outside on the balcony.

-It is not allowed to make changes to the existing furniture.

 

INTERNET

Please do not disconnect the power from the Wi-Fi Modem. If the key were to be disconnected, the wi-fi connection would be interrupted. Kindly, do not touch the Modem, except to restart it in case of non-operation.

 

AIR CONDITIONING

Please turn off the air conditioning lights, TV, appliances when you leave the apartment, to avoid wasting electricity and respecting the environment. Do not use air conditioning or heating with open windows. Always close doors and windows if air conditioning or heating is required.

 

CLEANING

A mid-week cleaning service is possible upon request for a fee.

Also change sheets / towel fee (for stays over 7 nights will be free).

Leave the apartment in a clean and tidy condition, and all the furniture and appliances in the original location. Always clean kitchen utensils and at check-out make sure they are all clean. If they are left dirty, a penalty of € 40 will be applied, which will be paid in cash at check-out.

 

WASTE

All waste must be separated. You will be shown the trash for the separate collection of rubbish. Separate organic waste from recyclable materials (paper and cardboard, plastic, glass and metals), and place them in their respective containers. Use the appropriate organic waste bin. If you have a special need dictated by the presence of newborns or elderly in the family, please let us know.

 

KEYS

You will be given a set of keys, if you require two, please let us know before you arrive. Please be especially careful:

-If the keys are stolen or lost, you must report it immediately. The expenses for the replacement of keys, reassignment, or emergencies, will involve a minimum of € 200 which will be deducted from the security deposit.

-Do not leave the keys in the lock when you are inside the apartment. If you need to call the locksmith you will be charged the full cost of the repair, plus there will be an extra charge of € 40 in cash to send someone to let you open the apartment.

 

IMPORTANT

Check-in starts at 15.00 and usually ends at 21.00 and check-out must be done no later than 11.00. Late check-in: please be sure to arrange late check-in prior to your arrival, if you plan to arrive at the apartment after 21.00 we will charge an extra charge from € 20 to € 50 (in cash).

 

OTHER GENERAL RULES

To the violators of the rules will be applied penalties ranging from € 50 up to the full amount of the deposit and in the most extreme cases we reserve the right to terminate the stay. If we believe that you are not suitable to stay in our apartment for any reason related to our security and that of the apartment and / or condominium, you will be denied entry and you will be invited to leave immediately.

 

CITY TAX
The rate does not include the TOURIST TAX that the Municipality of Milan has from 1 September 2012. The tax, equal to € 3 per person per night (maximum € 42 per person, not payable for minors and students under 26 enrolled in Milan ), must be paid cash at check in.
